Kobeelya is of Cultural Heritage significance and always needs to be cared for.
We ask that you adhere to a few simple rules listed below:
Full payment is required upon arrival or arrange payment with the Center Manager.
Guests are always expected to keep the property neat and tidy.
NO furniture to be moved, especially the beds.
ALL rubbish is to be placed in the green “wheelie” bins prior to departure (please refer to the departure check list).
NO alcohol or narcotic drugs are to be consumed or stored anywhere on the property.
NO smoking is permitted within any building, or within five metres of entrances to buildings. Any cigarette butts MUST be placed in the bins provided.
The Camp or Group Leader is to report any breakages, damages, or losses occurred during your stay, to the manager before departing. An appropriate fee will be charged for such loss or damage at the discretion of the manager.
By SUBMITTING this form I CONFIRM I have read the Kobeelya Conditions of Hire and agree to maintain the standards as set out above to the best of my/our ability.

A BOND IS REQUIRED WHEN BOOKING
A $300.00 bond can be paid via EFT to our bank account, details below.

EFTPOS is also available.
Please advise via email when the payment has been made. Please use your name or group name as your reference.

Alternatively, a cheque can be accepted with prior arrangement with the manager.

CANCELLATIONS
If cancellation is advised 28 days prior to booked date, the Bond will be refunded less 20% administration charge. After this time there is no
entitlement to Bond refund.
